A Parrot Rescuer Turns Her Back unto Parrots

This is a true story, the names have been changed to protect the not so innocent!
Samantha owns a Bird Rescue facility in New York state.
She complains daily about her so called friends that are talking bad behind her back, they are saying her facility is filthy.
Samantha complains each and everyday about the costs, the stress involved, her personal life is in danger, she can't seem to find any volunteers to help her, each day another Parrot arrives, some are in worse shape than the others, Samantha cries more tears.
She claims to have nightmares, Samantha claims to have many issues.
She sits back and tells all those little eye's staring back at her "it will be alright, I love you".
Then turns around and posts this on her website.
"Here everyone, here's the link to go fight HR669 and protect your rights and freedom to continue to take away the Parrots freedom, we simply must protect our freedom to abuse these birds".
Then Samantha jumps back over the fence, looks into all those little eye's, begins crying false tears saying, "oh you beautiful little Parrots, how could anyone do such things to you""....oh....BoooooHooooo....
Samantha arrives to find a box left at the facilities door, inside she find a badly abused Quaker Parrot....She begins to cry saying, "how could anyone do this to you?"
Now....How do I fight HR669 so whomever done this to you can continue doing so in the future.
I don't know about you, but I wouldn't trust this person as far as I can spit....
